A great opportunity to be a part of a forward-thinking and multi-faceted IT/tech team responsible for a variety of aspects from supporting users day-to-day, maintaining infrastructure, and to be involved with developing software/hardware technologies for projects. Reporting to the IT Manager, 1st line support role would include: * Day-to-day support of colleagues with computers, printers, mobiles & software. * Remote and on-site support (hybrid working). * Windows, Mac & Linux workstations, laptops, servers, and production CNC machines. * Microsoft Office 365, Adobe CC, Studiomax, Solidworks & Filemaker software etc. * Assistance team with administration of technology projects, including assistance with spreadsheets and databases. Other opportunities working as part of our dynamic IT/development team: * Developing 3D, web, software and hardware projects and solutions using Unreal Engine, Netbeans, Android Studio. * Time and support to advance these skills would be part of the role. Requirements: * Computer literacy (Windows/Mac), 365 Admin experience, and capable problem-solving skills a minimum. * Previous experience working with listed hardware and software a benefit. * Keen interest in learning and experience in web/3D development a bonus. The ideal candidate would meet all of the above requirements.
