Job Title: Admin Assistant
Location: Leeds
Salary: £10.50 per hour
Hours: Full or part time considered
Mon to Thurs 8.00 am to 4.30pm, Fri 8.00am to 4.00pm
Or Part-time hours to be agreed

Funded social events, some breakfast, and lunchtime feasts to keep the team in good spirit
Holidays: 28 days
The role involves:
- General office administration
- Answering telephone/responding to customer enquires
- Data entry
- Using Sage for entering customer information and management of invoices
- Clock card processing for wage roll
- Scheduling of motorhome servicing for customers
- Admin for employees, i.e. new starters documents, holiday and absence records.
- Filing, scanning and document processing
- Management of post
We have a busy office with a growing to-do-list, we need someone who can demonstrate their experience in a busy admin role and who can hit the ground running.
Candidates will preferably fit these criteria:
- Knowledge of motorhome industry would be great, but this is not critical.
- Have worked in a manufacturing and/or motor repair/service environment
- Be computer literate
- Have experience of using Sage software (but not essential)
- Able to manage an admin role in a busy environment led by a time-critical schedule of work
- Well organised with good attention to detail
- A team player and maintain good humour in busy times
- Be self-motivated and able to deal with a fast-moving, high-pressure environment
