An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Officer to join a busy and established Administration Team within Children’s Services. Would you like to be involved in providing vital support to teams working with the county's most vulnerable children?

Your administration skills and talent for organisation will be highly valued here in the Children’s Services team. We can offer you a genuinely varied and responsible position and the chance to play a supporting role in helping the county’s most vulnerable children.

Based in Southampton, our team works to support the Fostering Recruitment and Assessment team. We want you to work alongside other administrative staff to help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes by providing excellent administrative support.

The more efficient and effective your contribution, the more our Social Workers can focus on working with prospective foster carers.
The role requires someone who is confident and pro-active, not afraid to use their initiative with excellent administration, organisation, and communication skills. In addition, the role requires good analytical skills, self-motivation, and strong multi-tasking skills.
