About the role
We are looking for an Apprentice Project Coordinator – (1 post) to join our Property Service & Delivery team. This role is a home based role, where there is no daily requirement to attend an office with the flexibility to attend as required.
You will support the Planned Investment function with management of databases, collation of information, provision of regular reports and performance/financial management and monitoring. You will support the team to ensure that accurate and up to date records of SHG’s proposed and completed capital investment work and budgets are maintained and current.
You will support the Capital Projects team to establish systems to analyse information, in preparing and validating reports, system administration, provide accurate and up to date information for internal and external audits. You will support the financial planning, the budget setting process, and budget optimisation as required.
You will complete a course of study and be working towards a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship with the training provider The Learning Foundry over a 21 month period.
What are we looking for?
It is essential that you are educated to GCSE standard and at the standard level 2 in Maths and English. You must have ability of working in a customer facing environment and learn relevant IT packages including Word, Excel, databases and Teams. Good communication skills (both verbal and written) and the ability to organise your work and record keeping. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in order to achieve collective goals.
