Breakfast Chef
to join our Culinary team.
The on target earning potential for this role is £27,650 / annual salary, comprising of a base salary of £25,350, plus a qualified estimate of £2,300 gratuities per annum. As a member of the Gleneagles team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards.

Here’s a bit more detail on what we see you doing in this role…
- Working with the finest Scottish ingredients, you'll be preparing the highest quality breakfast items, based on our extensive and creative menu, individualizing orders to fulfil our guests’ particular requirements
- Setting up and clearing down the kitchen after breakfast, ensuring every corner is cleaned to our exacting standards at all times
- You will be responsible for ordering breakfast items stock and ensuring accurate rotation
- Assisting with lunch service preparation, ensuring all mise-en-place is always freshly prepared and on time
- Liaising and communicating with your colleagues across the Brigade and the wider Culinary team
- Interacting with our guests, always warm, professional, helpful and doing everything you can to exceed their expectations; playing your part in making their stay with us 5 star in every way

- Ideally, you have previous experience at a similar level working as part of a fast-moving, quality driven Culinary team; your passion for food is a given
- Creative and highly organised, you can demonstrate a great track record of progression and stability within your previous roles
- Enthusiastic, confident and warm; you like working in an environment where things move and flex
- Highly motivated and possessing an immense sense of pride in your work; you're passionate about delivering the high standards for our guests in line with the Gleneagles brand
- You have a positive “can do” attitude to solving problems in a professional and courteous manner
- A strong team player with great communication skills and an enthusiastic approach; you're well organised and punctual
- You want to be part of a team that works hard, supports each other and above all has fun along the way
