We are looking to recruit passionate individuals to join our front of house family at an award-winning venue based on the outskirts of Haywards Heath, Highley Manor is an industry leading wedding venue set within a stunning 19th Century manor house, with breath taking, panoramic views over the area of outstanding beauty. This is a new and exciting period for Highley Manor emerging from the pandemic stronger, with clear progression of growth throughout the business - this is an amazing time to join and be part of our family.
As a business we strive to ensure that every couple’s special day is delivered to a high standard and full of memories to last a lifetime – After all we only get one opportunity to make their day perfect and our Food and Beverage breakfast waiter play an important role in achieving this goal.
As a F&B Breakfast waiter you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the buffest is ready in time
- Serving the guest coming for breakfast
- Cleaning tables and providing service
- Setting up for the next day
The ideal candidate will be personable, presentable and posses outstanding customer service skills. Previous waiting or bar experience will be desirable but full training will be given. In return, we will offer a competitive wage, free parking.
Hours of work will be from 7.00am to 12.00pm. We are flexible but we require at least 3 shifts a week.

Salary: Up to £11.00 per hour
