We are looking for Collections Advisors for our client in Bicester.
Our client are a B2B, established company operating in the SME market.
A British owned company based in the heart of Bicester who focus on cloud-based technology and customer focussed solutions.
The successful candidate will support the company to create affordable and sustainable payment solutions that are best for both the customer and the business.
You will be working in a busy, fast paced call centre environment that has a friendly, fun and supportive atmosphere.
Key tasks -

This role will see the successful candidate working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
NO weekends, NO late / night shifts and NO bank holidays - perfect !
Salary for this role is paying up to 26k based on previous experience.
Our client also offers additional financial incentives based on both individual and company performance.

Proactively identify the reasons for arrears and take ownership of resolving customer queries promptly
You will treat customers as individuals by listening to them and having quality conversations to establish their situation
Work with the customer to create a manageable and mutual solution to suit both customer and business
Accurately record and log interaction with customers and update account information accordingly
Candidates applying should have -
Previous Collections / Call Centre or 'outbound' calling experience is highly desirable although, not essential
A proactive attitude and excellent communication skills
All candidates should have a willingness to learn and an enthusiastic attitude towards their work
You will have the ability to work in a busy environment and be resilient
