We are seeking a Resettlement and Support Officer (Canterbury) who wants to work in a resident-centred service. You will play a major part in making residents’ lives better in providing resettlement support and advice to families in temporary accommodation and providing advice and support with move on options.

The role requires knowledge The Housing Act 1996 and Homeless Reduction Act 2017, the Childrens Act, and the Care Act as well as the willingness and ability to learn.

Key elements of your responsibilities will include providing resettlement support and housing options advice to families on the Howe Green Estate in Canterbury.

You would be arriving at the London Borough of Redbridge at an exciting time, joining an ambitious Housing Needs Service that embraces change and a positive learning culture for colleagues with a vision to secure sustainable housing solutions for all.

This is a full time, permanent position.
