About The Role

Chef de Partie to join our University catering team.
We are looking to hear from candidates who are enthusiastic and passionate about food who will be able to support the kitchen teams in delivering an excellent quality service to all our customers. You will be a hands-on active chef supporting our food offering across both our Falmouth and Penryn campuses, alongside being actively involved in hospitality and VIP events.
We are a growing team and you will have the opportunity to make the role your own. Many of our team have progressed their roles with us, with the successful candidate having the support of a dedicated, skilled team. About You
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
- Hospitality/Catering Qualifications or NVQ Level up to level 3.
- Minimum of Level 3 food hygiene and capable of ensuring you and the team are follow all HACCAP guidelines.
- A customer focused mind-set.
- Basic knowledge of setting menus and GP’s.
- Have experience of working in a variety of different styles of catering/hospitality.
Alongside the above candidates will have high standards with ambition and drive to learn and progress.
