Chef de Partie required to join the team at this superb privately owned country pub and award winning restaurant
This is a great opportunity to work with a really good chef who is on top of his game and in a good place where he has time and is happy to teach the next generation of chefs
Work life balance is important to the whole team and they are looking for an additional chef to join the team to give extra support.
The role will depend upon your personal strengths but ideally you will be an all rounder or somebody who is keen to learn new skills and dishes
The Head Chef creates his menus from all fresh seasonal ingredients some of which is grown in their own kitchen garden
Location
Applicants will ideally need to live in the Stamford, Colsterworth, Bourne, or possibly Oakham area with their own transport
Benefits
Base Salary of upto £26,000 - £28,000 depending upon experience
4 Day working week – any extra time paid
