WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• A smartphone

• Right To Work documents - Passport, Birth certificate etc

• A valid DBS check - Max 1 year old

• Proof of self- employment - in the form of a letter/screenshot from HM Revenue & Customs or willingness to register.

• UK Bank Account
• You must willing to travel as the properties are located around London.

WHAT THE JOB ENTAILS:

Firstly, you must be registered as self-employed or willing to. Experience in domestic or commercial cleaning is desrible but we also consider those who are willing to learn through training. You will also need to be willing to follow a strict cleaning checklist with every property.

This work will require you to clean residential homes and mainly Airbnb properties.

The absolute minimum cleaning requirements are as follows:

• Inspect the property and remove left-behind items

• Wash and change sheets and towels and make beds

• Clean the kitchen and put away the dishes, toaster, kettle, stove, and other utensils.

• Dust furniture and other surfaces

• Sweep and mop floors and vacuum carpets and rugs

• Clean toilets, bathtubs and showers

• Wipe countertops. door handles, and light switches

• Take out bins

• Restock amenities

• Do a final scan of the whole property and add finishing touches

We want to make things as easier for our cleaners by matching them to jobs close together, so there's less time travelling which means higher pay.

We are an eco-friendly company, so we use eco-friendly products to keep our customer's and cleaner's environments safe and the supply-chain as ethical as possible.

Every now and again, we provide a survey to ask "How are you feeling?" We want to keep up with how our cleaners feel and see which areas we can improve.
