The role
The Community Partnerships & Projects Manager is the strategic lead for community partnerships and projects across the SHG North Region (London, Kent, Essex & Reading). Within this role you will be responsible for overseeing the management of projects and services to ensure that they meet the needs of our customers

Ensure funding and grants are well managed while maintaining good value for money

research, mapping and customer engagement work to determine priorities

Working with existing data and customer insight, as well as staff feedback from across the group

Taking an innovative approach to commissioning projects and services to address the unmet needs and aspirations of our customers.
In this role you will need strong communication and stakeholder management skills. One of the roles main responsibilities will be to network, liaise and build partnerships with agencies, organisations and internal teams. To work with staff, customers and partners to scale successful projects, regionally and across the Group.
This is a full-time, permanent role. The 35 hours per week will be worked Monday to Friday; 7 hours per day, occasional weekend or evening work required.
The location
This role is based in Farringdon; the buzzing yet cultural area of London which is centrally located and easy to access via various means of transport. We have a hybrid working style which offers you the flexibility to work from home for part of your working week, so we’ll provide you with mobile working equipment.

Experience of leading, managing and motivating staff to deliver excellent customer service
