We are looking for Content Moderators who are fluent in Urdu (written & spoken) to join our team in our city centre site in Hope Street, Glasgow.

We are looking for the online content bingers, viral video starters (or finders), meme sharing, people’s people with a passion for social media and a love for all things trending. We want someone with moral integrity and a sense of humour, who is proactive and confident in decision-making. You’ll need to have objective views when it comes to content monitoring and not be overly sensitive to explicit or sensitive content.

What you'll do

• Taking ownership of video content in alignment with client and business strategies
• Proactively moderate and audit uploads taking the time to understand the needs of customers and the client
• Taking ownership for all videos in respective language queue
• Providing accurate monitoring of content on first instance requirement

What you'll need

• Fluency in Urdu (written & spoken) and additional knowledge of English
• Passion for social media
• Prior user-generated content (UGC) moderation (Advantageous)
• Experience in content mining and reviewing
• Open and comfortable to be exposed to highly sensitive and explicit content on a daily basis
• Ability to evaluate content in line with content and business policies
• Demonstrable computer literacy, MS Office skills, understanding of relevant software, and advanced internet functions
• Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work in fast and evolving workflows
• Adhere to strict deadlines
• Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality
