Cost Controller - ESD Job at Gallifordtry
Working with our ESD partners we are looking for a
Cost Controller to support the below aspects in Scotland as part of the water framework.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input weekly plant & material tickets into IFS
- Review Purchase Order Status Report with site teams for missing tickets
- Produce weekly cost reports and distribute to site teams / Salford finance
- Checking and using WBS Coding Structure
- Invoice Query resolution - liaise with suppliers, procurement department, site & Salford finance
- Review aged plant & material accruals
- Review site plant books and supplier live hire reports v`s plant report
- Ad-hoc duties as requested by the Head of Finance / Project Analyst
- Ad-hoc duties as requested to support Project Quantity Surveyor.
Experience and Qualifications
- Excellent time management skills
- Proficient computer and IT skills
- Very strong and extensive post-education experience
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Excellent communicator, able to initiate dialog with wide range of personnel to obtain information and research issues
- Proactive in approach to work .
