Customer Advice Officer (Case Officer)
Location: Flexible hybrid environment, with 1-2 days per week in our Wilmslow head office.
Salary range: £23,946-£26,836 pa, with potential for further progression.
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am-5pm (with flexitime, part time hours are also available)

The Customer Advice Officer role
We have Customer Advice Officer (Case Officer) roles in our Business Services and Public Advice & Data Protection Complaints Services (PADPCS)
Case Officer on Public Advice & Data Protection Complaints Services (PADPCS) you will help people with their data protection enquiries and complaints on the phone, on live chat and in writing. We deal with all manner of data protection complaints and enquires from start to finish which keeps the work varied and interesting. We also help organisations improve how they handle personal information through our complaint work.
In Business Services Case Officers are the heart of our organisation and the first point of contact for businesses. Reporting to a Team Manager, you will give our customers advice, support and guidance about information rights law, over phone and live chat.

The Customer Advice Officer candidate
Our Customer Advice Officers are:
- Excellent communicators with the confidence to provide advice and support to our customers.
- Keen to learn, and able to understand and explain complex rules.
- Flexible, able to work across multiple services and priorities.
- Customer champions, putting the needs of our customers at the heart of what they do.
New recruits are not expected to have a background in Data Protection Legislation. Our comprehensive training program will provide you with all the support you need to become a Case Officer
