Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, between 7am and 9:30pm, including weekends

Salary: up to £23000 per annum + monthly bonus

As an Advisor in our Customer Services team, you are right at the heart of our business helping customers through the claims process and liaising with our branch and body shop networks to keep repairs on track.

You will spend time with a wide variety of people, each with their own unique approach and needs. The one thing your contacts all have in common is that they are looking to you to deliver the right solution for them, at a time when they really need it.

Whether you are explaining how our services work, resolving a query from a customer or re-arranging a repair or hire car delivery date, you will make exceptional service feel effortless and be a natural at deciding what you can do to help in the best way possible.


What you will need to be a success:

  • Enthusiasm - You are the voice of our business and it’s essential you make a positive first impression and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Empathy - You are a people person and you can put yourself in your customer shoes. You are confident, credible and can communicate with those in difficult situations
  • Efficiency – You can quickly understand the issue and see clearly, what the solution is. If you cannot help, you know who can
  • Organisation - You are comfortable using office based IT systems (keyboard, mouse, Microsoft Office, CRM system)
  • Flexibility – We are here for our customers when they need us; we work a range of hours between 8am and 9.30pm including evenings and weekends
  • Finally, it would be great if you have customer service experience already, but if not, we are confident our excellent training can help you succeed
