Job Description
Customer Experience Coordinator(work from home) - Croydon
- Ensuring that customer enquiries are dealt with in line with set targets
- Dealing with all telephone and email enquiries in a professional and efficient manner, ensuring the customer has an appropriate response or passing the enquiry to a relevant colleague
- Processing orders and ensuring they are inputted correctly into SAP
- Ensuring all inter-company purchase orders are placed with the correct vendor for every customer order
- Providing weekly tracker reports
- Preparing and processing credit notes
- Processing customer returns and organising test reports
- Maintaining consignment stock for customers
