The Job:
- Dealing with all inbound and outbound communications to customers
- Processing inbound orders
- Communicating with customers via email and online web chat
- General office duties
Skills/Experience Required:
- Previous customer service experience
- Computer Literate
- Good written English
- Confident telephone manner
