Job Title: Customer Service Administrator
Salary: £23,500 – £25,000 per annum
Location: Elstree, Borehamwood
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 5.00pm
Our well established client, who are in the financial services industry are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join their lively team.
If you have previous experience in a similar role and have a polite and professional telephone manner this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
SKILLS REQUIRED
– Strong communication skills.
– Competent with Microsoft Packages.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to work well on own initiative.
– Excellent customer service skills.
– Experience in the financial services industry would be beneficial.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing customer support via telephone, email, and live chat.
- Answering inbound customer calls.
- Provide customers with information on the company’s products and services.
- Ensure customer information is kept up to date on the system.
- Provide support to Customer Service Manager on an Ad-Hoc basis.
