About Our Client
Our client based in Brighton, covering the call centre and customer service sector, are looking for a remote customer service advisor to join their growing team.
Job Description
The key responsibilities for a Remote Customer Service Advisor
- Inbound and outbound queries for both Customer Service
- Provide comprehensive service, explain products & service benefits.
- Liaison with other internal departments on behalf of customers where appropriate
- Responsible for complying with caller Data Protection checks.
- Handle all initial claims requests with professionalism and empathy
- Outbound and inbound call handling from customers
- Respond to customer objections and demonstrate excellent problem solving skills
The Successful Applicant
The Successful Remote Customer Service Advisor will:
- A minimum of 1 year's continuous customer service experience in the last 4 years
- You will have proven experience in a home-based position or a similar role where you have worked autonomously.
- Previous customer service experience is a must.
- A skilled and driven customer service background.
- You'll thrive on beating and exceeding targets - but you'll always make sure that the customer's interests come first.
- You understand the customer's perspective and have a natural ability to build a strong rapport and demonstrate empathy when needed through your excellent communication skills.
- You'll be a confident multi-tasker who can hit multiple targets whilst being resilient and show great team work
