Location: Wednesbury
Working Schedule: Monday – Friday 40 Hours
Salary: £22,942

The Role

Protec Direct has an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about customer service to join the business to service and deliver customer service excellence to their customer portfolio via telephone, email correspondence. You will also assist in growing and developing new and lapsed customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deal with all customer issues/queries/requests for product and service information
  • Support external Field Sales Managers in service expectations for all customers
  • Accurately update and input customer details on to the CRM system
  • Proactive outbound calls on a weekly basis to generate growth within the customer database
  • Utilise reports for repeat orders, complete gap analysis and review customer trends
