Webhelp is seeking Customer Service Specialists to join our inclusive team in Chesterfield working for our key client. This role comes with a favourable salary of £19,843 and you will be working Monday to Friday on a 40 hour shift within hours 8.30am to 5pm.

After graduating into your team and live environment, you will be working from our newly refurbished Chesterfield site having access to free parking and free drink facilities. You will also have the option of requesting up to two days per week working from home on an ad-hoc basis (subject to approval and requirement).

  • Supporting members through inbound calls and emails in relation to taking their pension, moving their pension or their pension payments.
  • Delivering a best-in-class member experience
  • Supporting customers through efficient and empathetic solution finding that aids both customer and business requirements
  • Ensuring you provide an accurate first time service to customers
  • Building relationships, working closely on site with our client and colleagues
  • Proactively identifying improvements to the member journey and service we offer
  • Exploring opportunities to encourage and educate customers on how to use self-service portals

What you’ll need:

  • Experience working within a fast paced contact centre environment with a regulated background (Advantageous)
  • Good technical and PC knowledge
  • Meticulous work ethic to deliver excellence
  • Ability to reach and exceed targets and accuracy rates
  • Good administration, problem-solving and organisational skills
  • Ability to identify process improvements
