Job description
Data Entry AdministratorLocation: London (Hybrid)
Length: January 2023 – March 2023
Rate: £13-15 p/h
Hours: 9am – 6pm
This role will support the work of the Content Release team around managing the commercial release of the our client's programmes in the UK and setting up windows for programmes with our client's product.
Tasks will be confirmed but the type of work may include –
- Supporting the maintenance and analysis of large datasets in Excel
- Undertaking data entry into spreadsheets and WhatsOn to a high level of accuracy.
- Make use of data reports and ideally, functionality in Excel such as lookups, formulae and pivots to support efficient ways of working
- Pulling reports from the scheduling system to supporting the maintenance, interrogation and analysis of commercial licencing and our client's platform.
The successful candidate will have the following skills:
- Great attention to detail
- A good working knowledge of Excel (advanced knowledge including use of Pivot tables and lookups preferred)
- A broad knowledge of the our client's programmes (eg, which shows they tend to broadcast)
- Experience of data entry
