The Company
A Software Provider based in Merseyside is looking for a DBA/DevOps Engineer to join their growing team. As a DBA/DevOps Engineer, you will get the chance to work on state-of-the-art database solutions for customers throughout the UK.
You will have the opportunity to gain experience building and developing multiple database environments for medium and large enterprise sites. You will gain experience working in environments that include SQL and DevOps.
This is a 3-month Contract with a chance of extension. The role is deemed outside IR35 and is a fully remote role as long as you are based within the UK.
DBA/DevOps Engineer Role and Responsibilities
You will be integral to the database team, supporting the work of the build and development team with environments within SQL and DevOps.
- Working with both Technical and Non-technical staff, as the key point of contact.
- Lead all database projects for the team
- Design and implement all environments solutions
- Assist the database team on technical queries
- Act as a senior point of contract to the team
Skills and Experience required for the DBA/DevOps Engineer:
- Must have experience design and building SQL Environments
- Must have a high-level experience of DevOps environment.
- Have experience working on projects that include Azure DevOps
- Have previous experience within C#
- Must be able to interphase with both technical, and non-technical staff.
