Depot Administrator Job at M Group Services
Milestone Infrastructure are the UKs leading Highways Infrastructure company. We look after over 24,000 miles of roads, 280,000 lighting assets and 20,000 miles of footways, always with a view to ensuring that all works are carried out as sustainably as possible and with minimal impact to local communities.
In line with our ambitious growth plans we are now looking to recruit a Depot Administrator in Sandford North Somerset.
The role will involve general administrative duties, whilst learning new administrative and office management skills. This role is a great development opportunity for someone wanting to form a career in the industry.
We have a range of training and development courses and apprenticeships at all levels available and will work with the successful candidate to create a bespoke training programme for them.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Receiving, registering, distributing and filing documents
- Meeting booking and document preparation
- Managing Permits and Booking Roadspace
- Preparation of reports and presentations etc.
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Material ordering
- Maintaining training records
Skills & Knowledge Requirements
:
- Minimum GCSE Maths and English Grade C or above or equivalent preferable
- Ability to communicate easily with others face to face, by phone and using email
- Prioritising and completing tasks on time
