Dove Court Care Home in Wisbech are currently seeking an experienced Deputy Manager on a full time permanent basis.
This 78 bed home currently has a full time Deputy Manager but are seeking an additional Deputy to help and assist the senior team within the home.
Dove Court care home, in Wisbech, offers a warm, caring and professional service for those needing dementia care, long-term residential care or more temporary respite needs.
While having extensive experience in the field of elderly care, Dove Court’s qualified carers are also skilled in dementia care, assisted by a comfortable and relaxing living environment.
The Successful candidate will have previous at least 1 years previous experience as a Deputy Care Home Manager or at least 3 years experience as a team leader/senior Care assistant. The role will require both Supernumerary and direct care work.
- Acting as Manager in Managers absence
- Supporting staff
- Communicating with professionals and relatives
- Dealing with any queries
- Auditing homes files
