We are recruiting a Deputy Manager for a 33 bedded residential care home supporting people living with Dementia.
The Role would be to support the Home Manager in the day to day operations of running the home and maintaining a high quality standard of service to residents.
The Role does include working Duty Senior shifts as well as supernumerary shifts. Flexi rota, the role does include working evenings and weekends, On call support to the home is also required.
This post is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974. If your application is successful you will be required to declare any spent and unspent convictions, adult cautions (simple or conditional) that are not "protected" as defined by the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (as amended in 2013 and 2020).
