Summary of role:

This new role is global in scope, supporting the delivery of high quality and innovative Digital Products to clients of Anthesis through Anthesis’ Digital organisation. It does so by aligning the aspirations of Anthesis, SMEs and client opportunities with a clear financial model that is end-to-end spanning from inception to commercialization.

The role will work closely with Anthesis’ strong community of accomplished Digital and Technology practitioners and highly engaged stakeholders including subject matter experts to build the new Digital business.

The role is within the context of a Global organisation that provides functional oversight and governance of key elements, eg the Technology, Data, Financial, People, Branding that are required in the formation of Anthesis Digital.

Key requirements:

• 3+ years proven track record in a B2B tech or data business.
• Ability to match Client needs – including future needs that are not always known (therefore innovative!) against possible outcomes, manage expectations while balancing commercial needs and risks.
• Experienced working in a global digital product-based subscription business.
• Able to lead, motivate, work with cross-functional roles including product and client facing community.
• Must be able to influence across an organization not only in areas of immediate line management responsibility.
• Our ideal candidate will be someone with an attention to detail, who really wants to flourish in a commercial Digital environment that is at the leading edge of sustainability.
