Duties and Responsibilities

Here are some of the key tasks you'll be involved with:

• Creating, editing and posting motivational viral posts and videos to Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and TikTok in order to increase brand awareness.
• Managing our Facebook groups and utilizing different marketing strategies in order to cultivate a tight-knit community for our students.
• Reaching out to different influencers within our industry in order to secure an interview for our Youtube show/Podcast.
• Creating and managing digital assets involved with fulfilling our online courses to our students (e.g. presentation slides and uploading content to our Kajabi e-training portal)
• Designing digital graphics involved with marketing and fufilling our online courses.
• Coming up with new innovative ideas for our social media presence in order to broaden our reach.
• Managing our tech softwares to ensure that our company continues to run smoothly.
• Optimizing our Youtube/Google ads account (full training will be provided).

Skills and Abilities

The ideal candidate possesses the following strengths and skills:

• Tech savvy and well versed in numerous online digital softwares.
• 1 to 2 years of social media marketing experience (preferably in a virtual environment)
• Intermediate Videography / Photography Experience (preferred but not essential)
• Advanced Video editing / Photo editing software experience.
• Impeccable grammar (written and verbal) – our standards are sky high!
• Excellent Time Management skills – ability to manage tasks effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving skills – ability to think quickly and critically.
• Flexibility – we move FAST. Things change, we adapt, we propel ourselves forward!
• Organized – we all wear many hats.
• Coachable – must be able to take direction.
• Collaborative – must work well within a virtual team!
