Conrad Connect are currently working with an enthusiastic, family run construction business who are looking for a motivated Document Controller to join their team in Solihull.
Our client has been described as a 'motivating' and 'engaging' consultancy to work for where teamwork and collaboration are the core foundations of which they have built their business on.
The successful Document Controller will be assisting their Information Management team with administrative tasks and organising their online system in relation to company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Organising their Electronic Document Management System (EDMS),
- Liaising with clients and contractors regarding document management,
- Produce reports surrounding project progression.
- Provide training to new starters,
- General Ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
- Attention to detail,
- Great organisation skills,
- Knowledge and understanding of ISO 19650,
- Use of Microsoft Office,
- Driving licence to travel to sites.
