Dynamic All rounder : PA and Bookkeeper Job at JAJA recruits
We are calling forward a full-time bookkeeper, Personal Assistant to our COO/CFO and multifaceted all-rounder to join our small team of 10 people.
You will be required to successfully be right-hand to assist the CFO/COO in the daily running of the business, admin and household management.
We are looking for someone with a dynamic personality who is savvy, driven and committed to personal growth.
You will be an extension of her current role and responsibilities, which includes and is not limited to:
Human Resources
Marketing
Supplier statements reconciliations
Supplier batch payment preparation
Bank reconciliation
Credit control by phone when email reminders didn’t work
Assistance with Child care arrangements
Assistance with Household arrangements
Assistance with schedule management
Create sales invoices
Weekly Bookkeeping using Dext and Xero
Assisting the COO and CFO
Driving and running of errands
Monthly Management Accounts
Monthly Payroll and Pension upload
Quarterly VAT
Ideal Excel intermediate level (pivot and vlookup)
Prepare reports
About us: We provide air conditioning, ventilation and heating service to commercial clients.
Working hours: flexible between 8-9am to 4-5pm
Hybrid working available after the probation period of 3 months.

Salary: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
