Education SPOC Monitoring Officer Job at Croydon Council
We are seeking a skilled administrator who can work within our education team to provide key information on cases to our highly active MASH team about schooling and education.
Monitoring a specific email inbox, you will respond promptly and professionally to emails and calls and be able to support schools, Safeguarding leads, police and social care colleagues with information and data. It will also include having face to face discussions with social workers who have educational queries linked to a referral.
You are confident with IT and council CSC systems and can learn quickly, picking up training and advice- as provided by your line manager, our Education Safeguarding lead.
Full time 36 Hours
