Employee Promise Project Officer (6 month FTC) - Leeds Job at Arla Foods
We are currently looking to recruit a Project Officer on a 6 month fixed term contract to join us at our head office in Leeds. In this role you will report to the Senior Director – UK HR.
This is a 6 month project role where you will to bring to life our Employee Promise – part of our Future 26 People Agenda. Focusing on engaging our employees through driving the ‘Stronger People’ Future of Work Trilogy (Modern Working / Health and Wellbeing / Diversity and Inclusion) as well as purpose we want to ensure that we create opportunities for all to get involved in activities that support their own health and wellbeing as well as a higher purpose for our communities that we live in and serve.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and consolidate the Employee Promise / EVP / Purpose activities across both Head office and the sites across the UK and ‘commercialise’
- Coordinate (via other employee representatives as well as on own) initiatives such as Open Farm Sunday, IGD’s Feeding Britain’s Future / Magic Breakfast / Fareshare to promote as many colleagues as possible to participate.
- Lead and/or participate in employee engagement initiatives within our head office function (along with other key colleague representative groups) with a view of encouraging larger numbers into the head office and living the Arla family feeling e.g.
- Pool together the internal and external requests and demands for Employee Promise and Charity funding requests, working with the UKLT to prioritise where we want to invest.
- Work with and support our projects leads to deliver engaging health and wellbeing initiatives for head office and scaling these by making resources available for the wider UK org
