Empty Homes Supervisor Job at Abri Group
What you'll do
We’re excited to be looking for a Supervisor to join our Empty Homes team. You'll make sure that all of our customers continue to receive a service second to none – and we need you!
No two days will be the same in this role so enthusiasm, a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for always wanting to go the extra mile will be essential as you’ll take ownership of surveying our properties within our Castle team which covers areas including Windsor, Slough, Reading, Bracknell, High Wycombe and Milton Keynes.
This is a three month fixed term role and your day to day will include:
- Carry out property defect inspections and identify / advise appropriate solutions.
- Carry out work in progress inspections and schedule works required across Abri’s stock profile and carry out post inspections to completed works by in house teams and sub-contractors.
- Provide technical maintenance advise to support business decisions, including liaising with internal trade operatives and sub-contractors.
- Obtain quotations for repairs and specialist works from sub-contractors. Including supervision and post inspection of completed works.

You’ll have the confidence and assertiveness to engage with customers, sometimes managing difficult conversations, and using your excellent people skills to resolve any issues relating to their tenancy.
