What You’ll Be Doing
Our
Entertainment Team Managers are responsible for the organisation, logistics and
daily delivery of our Haven Entertainment proposition.
Working
alongside the park Head of Activities, Entertainment Teams Managers are
required to engage and inspire their cast members to ensure standard operating
procedures are adhered to, targets are achieved and that they are driving
continuous improvement.
Key

Responsibilities:
  • To role-model leadership behaviour at all times, specifically
Haven’s vision & values.
  • To promote a ‘guest obsessed’ ethos amongst their cast members,
ensuring guests & owners have a great time with memories that last a lifetime
  • To lead, coach and guide their cast members to ensure all areas
of responsibility are covered - When required, to escalate any issues to the
relevant park Heads of Department.
  • To support cast members through their 90-day induction,
including ensuring they have completed their mandatory training.
  • To utilise the support available on-park and centrally, to
manage any cast member issues.
  • To confidently deal with guest concerns, resolving any problems,
showing empathy and understanding.
  • To react to guest feedback and work with cast members to address
and action any required areas of improvement.
  • To utilise manuals and rehearsal content, to ensure that all
events are delivered on-brand.
  • To achieve and exceed targets and key performance indicators
  • To ensure all cast members have training required for their role
  • To identify and develop future talent within the entertainment
department, ensuring all cast members have a relevant and effective Performance
Development Plan.
  • To complete relevant administrative tasks including populating
rota’s, populating entertainment schedules, to completed risk assessments and
to complete safety compliance and legislative compliance checks fully.
  • To work alongside the Haven casting team to support the
recruitment process for new cast members.
  • To manage a consumables budget.
  • To ensure that on-park technical equipment, props and costumes
are maintained and that any issues are communicated as soon as they are
identified.

What We Would Like You To Bring

  • Have previously worked within a leadership capacity, within the entertainment
industry.
  • Haven experience of the ability to plan and co-ordinate events
and activities.
  • Possess a thorough knowledge and understanding of leadership
attributes.
  • Have the ability to cope under pressure and to be flexible in
order to adapt to any changes.
  • Be able to prioritise and deliver to deadlines.
  • Be a high-energy individual with a passion for entertaining.
  • Be passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience.
