Executive Assistant

£32,000 - £38,000pa plus Excellent Benefits

Hybrid working with base from our Coventry Head Office and occasional travel to our UK Study Centres (Birmingham, Leeds, London and Manchester)

The Opportunity:

We are currently looking for an Executive Assistant to support our Deputy CEO and our Chief People Officer.

You will provide an efficient, effective and confidential support service. This is a varied and demanding role which will include scheduling and diary management and all associated administration, as well as minute taking. You will be a first point of contact providing professional and customer focused support to all. The role will be based in Coventry Head Office two days a week.

About You:

We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant, who will thrive in a busy environment, and be an innovative and customer-focused problem solver who is proactive and organised, with great attention to detail. You will need excellent communication and IT skills, the ability to build strong relationships, be able to learn quickly and have proven knowledge, skills and experience to provide outstanding executive support at a senior level.
