Job Description:
We're looking for a First Level Technical Support person, with a strong and passionate interest in technology and customer service to join our team to help us continue to deliver an excellent level of service to customers under our group brands.
We’re looking for cPanel, WordPress and Linux wizards to join us in supporting our wonderful customers, working remotely from their own location.
In the performance of your duties, you will be expected to use your best endeavours to always promote and maintain the interests and reputation of the Company.
This role will be based in our office in Hemel Hempstead (possibility of being completely remote).
Key responsibilities:
- Providing support to our customers using email/ticketing, live chat and telephone.
- Handling service monitoring alerts.
- Assisting other teams with technical tasks, system administration and service provisioning.
Skills & Experience:
- Web hosting industry experience with cPanel and WHM.
- A history of working with WordPress.
- Good understanding of a broad spectrum of internet technologies from Domains & DNS to SMTP.
- Experience administrating Linux using CLI.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.

Working hours:
Please note, our operations are 24x7 and these roles are shift-based, working a 4/4 shift pattern alternating days and occasional nights.
Each 4-work-day shift will comprise of hours; 7:00am to 7:00pm or 7:00pm to 7:00am or 10:00am to 10:00pm.
Training:
You will be given complete training and support.
