Working as a Fleet and General Services Coordinator you will be responsible for a variety of duties including :-
Maintaining a efficient and effective fleet management process
Fleet induction for new starters
Answering queries from company vehicle users and maintaining fleet records
Reception duties and answering calls and taking messages for the business
Arranging hospitality, flight and accommodation for staff
Taking bookings for the meeting rooms
Checking and restocking of staff facilities
Local point of contact for internal supplies contractors
General administration duties
This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly successful business at their offices in Ringwood.
Excellent administration and organisational skills are essential and knowledge or experience working in Fleet Services is highly advantageous but training will be provided for the right candidate
