Flexjet's Global Trip Planner will be responsible for the overall planning/execution of international flights while maintaining a high attention to detail, focus and adaptability to our dynamic flight schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Submit and manage applications for airport slots and PPRs (prior permissions requests), landing, parking and overflight permits for all flights.
- Submit and manage requests for ground handling services, fuel, crew visas on arrival, and other ground related arrangements (special services) for all flights.
- Assist in arranging catering, ground transportation, and hotel arrangements
- Customs/Immigration coordination: General Declarations, APIS transmissions, arrange Outbound/Inbound clearances and crews visas on arrival.
- Ensure crewmembers and passengers meet all entry requirements for countries being visited.
- Provide external agents with all applicable aircraft documents required for trip planning.
- Verify eligibility of aircraft to fly internationally.
- Ensure the safe and legal coordination of scheduled flights.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
- Understand and interpret applicable regulations to ensure compliance.
- Assist in arranging crew hotels and transportation internationally as required.
- Monitor weather and other events with the potential to impact aircraft operations.
- Assist with research of flight & service deviations.
- Report non-compliance observations for any potential safety, security, or quality issues.
- Make rapid decisions concerning safety, regulations, and economy of operations
- Ensure an efficient and timely communication on all international flight details.
- Ensure all relevant teams are notified of any unforeseen situation and/or changes in international flights that may affect the flight activity
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Dispatch License along with Business Aviation knowledge is a plus
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Must possess the legal ability to work in the United Kingdom
- Familiarity with core job competencies including, but not limited to, international operations, Customs/immigration requirements, airport access coordination (landing permissions, slots, PPRs, etc), handling services, weather trends, and ATC flow.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication (verbal and written) skills with the ability to self-motivate, handle multiple tasks, meet established targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
SCHEDULE
- Ability and willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as required
