Located in London Bridge for over 20 years, our salon is spread over two floors, one dedicated to hair and one to beauty. Each salon has its own manager, ensuring the best support for each team.

What you bring to the business?

The ideal candidate will:

• have experience as a hairstylist with a passion and knowledge for hair colour
• have a minimum of five years qualified salon experience
• be fluent in English and communicate clearly with guests and the team
• be punctual, organised
• deliver a fantastic guest experience
• have a friendly lively personality
• and have the appropriate work visa (if relevant)

Your qualifications: NVQ Levels 2 & 3 or equivalent

Your responsibilities as a Hairdresser / Colourist at The Stress Exchange

• Inspire our hair team with colour & styling techniques
• Lead on creative imagery for social media
• Deliver colour technique training to existing team members
• Deliver quality hairdressing services in a timely manor
• Advise guests on homecare and wellness
• Be confident in rebooking guests
• Work professionally with colleagues to help maintain The Stress Exchange brand
• Actively promote The Stress Exchange to guests and within the local community including creating creative content for social media posting and social engagement

This is a full-time, permanent position, 40 hours per week.

The position commences mid May 2023

2. Assuming that goes well, you will be invited into the salon to demonstrate your practical hairdressing skills and meet the team.
