HAMPERS AND GIFTING EXECUIVE - LONDON - 3 MONTH FTC CONTRACT


Harvey Nichols, Knightsbridge is excited to announce an opportunity for a Hampers & Gifting executive, to join the vibrant Hampers Department, at their busiest time of the year. We are expecting a very active Christmas & are looking for a bright, dynamic & enthusiastic individual to provide support to the existing team. It’s going to be constantly busy, but fun. The Harvey Nichols customers are looking for a wonderful, superior, Hampers & Gifting experience, one we will support in any way we can, to make sure all the required Hampers are in the right place to enable our delivery department to successfully deliver on time, & in the manner that Harvey Nichols is world renowned for. We will also make sure our store colleagues are looked after & have the Hampers they require to reach their Christmas sales targets


WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Helping the Hamper Manager & Merchandiser where required
  • Proactively, constantly & quickly keeping up to date, HN Hamper teams’ central paperwork, answering incoming enquiries regarding stock & orders. This requires speed, accuracy & understanding of HN systems
  • Responding to incoming Hampers & Gifting opportunities & enquiries in a timely manner
  • Good understanding of the Harvey Nichols Hamper range, relevant prices & stock levels needed to understand our colleagues’ requirements & suggest appropriate products.
  • Dealing with customer service issues where required
  • Liaising with the Hamper warehouse, our shop floor teams & colleagues regarding allocations to various sites
  • Interacting with all F&B areas to make sure that the right Hampers are available when required & are situated in the correct place within the HN system

A BIT ABOUT YOU:

  • An excellent communicator with the ability to be clear, concise & understood quickly when talking to the internal & external team.
  • You will have to talk to a lot of other areas & as such it is important to be quick to understand our systems. You will of course, have instruction & support
  • Good understanding of computing systems with good Microsoft Office experience of Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc
  • Answering enquiries via telephone, teams, email & in person
  • Resilience & stamina is essential with a positive, happy outlook & the ability to multi-task
  • Courage to talk to new people in an authoritative manner & the courage to ask for answers if the questions are tough
  • Customer service orientated, displaying the highest standards of service at all times. Going above and beyond for every single Harvey Nichols precious customer
  • Ability to be self-starter & be able to organise their own workload when working from home
