The HCSW Work Based Learning Facilitator role is designed to deliver training and development to support new and existing HCSW'. To enable them to deliver evidence based clinical care under the direction and support of the HCSW Development Lead.
You will work as part of the HCSW Career Framework implementation team to ensure effective delivery of the clinical induction programme for HCSW's and to ensure that we meet the requirements of the HCSW Framework to lead and develop our HCSW to include assessment of competencies in practice.
