Job description

Head of Partnership Development.

Head of Partnership Development, you will lead of a group of fantastic collaborators, strategic thinkers, successful fundraisers and results-driven team-players. As lead, you will
implement a partnership development strategy and steer the team on wider partnerships opportunities and issues. Critically, you will
develop the expertise and knowledge of your team and encourage the construction of compelling pitches and high-quality proposals. You will help them
develop new partnerships that maximise impact for WWF and the fight for our planet too. We will look to you to
proactively build relationships with senior level colleagues and senior execs within prospects as well as oversee the onboarding of new corporate partners. You will also negotiate strong partnership terms and ensure comprehensive due diligence and risk analyses are completed.
For this senior leadership role, you will be of
graduate calibre and have
experience of developing long-term partnerships at senior level in the commercial or charity sector. Naturally warm and enthusiastic, you will
excel at building high-performing teams and networking at CEO and Director level. You will also
possess strong network of corporate contacts. Effective at networking and presenting, you will be an excellent communicator with
strong negotiation and diplomacy skills too.
A background in a corporate fundraising role would be an advantage. Experience of working with finance, FMCG, food or tech sectors would also be desirable.
