What you’ll be doing

As an HR graduate, you’ll gain a breadth of experience as you rotate around various HR departments. Wherever you go in HR, you’ll be contributing to our one common goal - ensuring we attract, retain, develop & reward our green workforce who’re working hard to deliver Net Zero. You may do this through working in our Strategic HR Solutions Team where you could be delivering transformative people projects in partnership with our business; or you could be working on the frontline providing real time HR guidance and support to our key workers to enable them to access the HR support they need when they need it. Or you could find yourself in a specialist HR function learning about talent, reward or recruitment best practices. All of this will provide you with a great platform from which you can launch a successful career in HR. And your two-year graduate programme is only the beginning, once you’ve finished your graduate programme, you’ll embark on a rewarding HR career where you’ll have no shortage of opportunities to truly make an impact to your colleagues and stakeholders.

As part of the Iberdrola group, one of the world’s largest integrated utility companies and world leader in wind energy, our HR Graduate will be part of a global graduate programme.
