Fully remote or hybrid working - Office located in Macclesfield
This role is covering a project secondment and my client is looking for someone to start as soon as possible.
You will be working as part of a wider HR team, assisting with transactional HR and payroll duties.
More about the role:
- Support and work with the wider HR team to ensure the smooth running of the function
- Support the administration of new employee offers
- Assist with the onboarding process of new employees
- Update the HR system with employee changes, e.g., adding/removing employees, address changes etc
- Create and maintain electronic and hard copy personnel files
- Production of letters & forms relating to employee matters
- Support the administration of offboarding employees
- Run monthly annual leave and absence reports
- Administer employee benefits, including adding/removing employees as required
- Administer and monitor Risk Management and Compliance Training
- Track and arrange general training through the business
- Collating monthly payroll
You will need experience working within a HR or payroll role for a minumum of a year and understand the set up of a HR function and the transactional duties included.
