The Information Team are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join their innovative team as an Information Analyst. This person will be dedicated to the Targeted Lung Health Check service and Cancer services.
The Information Team have developed a reputation for putting Information in the hands of those who need it. You'll identify gaps in our information provision and work to develop solutions to enable evidence-based decision making. From walking patient pathways to understand flows, to working on improvement projects alongside clinical staff, you'll solve problems and communicate these findings clearly to the organisation.
The work of an Information Analyst will vary highly on a day-to-day basis. There are some days where you will be working towards the completion of long-term projects that will be used across the whole trust, and then there will be other days when you will be asked to provide an ad-hoc report at short notice.
The post holder will be joining us at an exciting but challenging time as the Trust faces multiple complex challenges, meaning that the role of data has never been so prominent. Providing informatics solutions/insight to these problems will need;
