The College of Animal Welfare is the UK’s largest veterinary nursing training providers, amongst other programmes, operating from five sites across the country and have a growing number of satellite centres. We aim to inspire our students through high quality support to maximise their potential and accomplish their ambition of joining our profession. Due to the continued success and growth of the College we are looking to increase our team involved with supporting training practices and their students both in the workplace and in the college environment based at our Edinburgh Centre. This role offers good variety, will allow you to support the profession through raising quality of workplace training and assessment on both the Level 3 Diploma and BSc degree programmes.
The ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, self-motivated, well organised, have excellent communication skills, enjoy working as part of a team yet be able to work independently.

- Supporting students and their Clinical Coaches to understand and achieve the requirements of the awarding organisation and programme of study
- Maintaining the high standards of competence through monitoring of portfolio evidence
- Providing high quality Information, Advice & Guidance to help students and stakeholders make informed decisions
- Ensuring that students are safe and their well-being is being considered in the workplace and all aspects of college life
- Promoting the College, our programmes and our profession
- Ensuring that our students are treated fairly and have equality of opportunity in a unbiased environment.
