About Our Client
The client is an international organisation within the Retail industry with offices based in Borehamwood. They are currently looking for a full time permanent International Sales Order Processor to join their busy team.
Job Description
As an International Sales Order Processor, your responsibilities will be:
- To ensure that all SAP orders raised in the department have a purchase and sale confirmation in the correct format to send to the seller and buyer
- Assist with preparing reports and presentations
- To keep in regular contact with both the suppliers and customers to ensure communication lines are open
- To make sure all activity is tracked on the system
- To monitor shipments from order to delivery and ensure customers are kept aware of delivery times
- Advise customers on stock levels and expected delivery dates
- Keep customer information up to date
The Successful Applicant
- Live locally to Borehamwood and able to work in the office full time
- Great communication skills, able to build and maintain effective relationships
- Able to use systems effectively e.g. SAP and Excel (prior use isn't essential)
- Great attention to detail
- Keen and willing to learn
