Role Purpose

We are looking for a IT Test Authority (Digital) who has significant experience in testing online technologies. The individual will have implemented complex test strategies, managed outsourced test teams and have practical experience of defining and implementing test plans. We operate a large scale change programme with releases every month. These comprise of many testers and 100s of tests so the individual in this role will need to have experience in running digital test programmes of this size and scale.

What will you be doing?

• 
  Accountable for test management at an Digtal programme / project level.
• Lead an offshore team of testers working across your project.
• Act as a point of decision around test approach, strategy and escalation on behalf of programme & portfolio stakeholders.
• Champion continual service improvement across UK IT Experience in test automation frameworks and tools as well as driving automated testing successfully on test programmes
• Role model VF way behaviours across the function

Who are we looking for?

• 
  Leadership experience functional test teams
• Strong experience in Test Mgt of major online programmes.
• Experience running non-functional & performance test campaigns involving Digital channels.
• Ability to understand online customer journeys and KPIs (e.g login conversion, traffic call volumes, customer effort score).
• Expert in testing methodologies, test management and associated practices (in particular Agile Scrum)
• ISTQB (Advanced preferably).
• TMMi experience or certification (desirable
