EQUANS are recruiting for a Junior Account Manager – Hybrid working with travel to a local site. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary of £30,000 – £35,000 dependent on skills, knowledge and experience and benefits package.
Our aim is to become a market leader in provision of Electric Vehicle charging solutions (hardware, software and services) across both our Build, Own, operate (BOO) and 3rd Party service channels as part of our group strategy to lead the transition to zero carbon.
This role will be a junior member of the team responsible for our interactions with corporate clients, growing and securing existing accounts, whilst working with existing customers to ensure we provide excellent service and act on all feedback received.
What will you deliver?
Ensure relevant company policies and legal guidelines are always followed
Manage the relationships on assigned accounts – Run reporting, create presentations, lead meetings, and grow relationships with assigned clients
Identify opportunities to introduce additional services and EQUANS energy services into the customer
Help to deliver the Account Development and Contract Management strategy to achieve sales targets for EV Charger solutions and expand our customer base
Effectively communicate the value proposition to customers during all interactions
Gather market intelligence and understanding of client expectations and general needs
Ensure that we give our smaller customer access to our great team, build excellent relationships externally and grow our client relationships into larger account opportunities
Who are we looking for?
Excellent communication (both written and verbal), interpersonal and presentation skills
Good IT skills – Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint at a minimum. Phone system will be used but full training will be given
Excellent negotiation skills
Good organisational skills
Electric Vehicle charger market knowledge would be advantageous
Excellent interpersonal skills
Able to build effective and positive relationships and influence positive outcomes
Driven & results orientated
Committed to a high standard of performance
